- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (medium-sized)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Cream Cheese & Bacon Filling
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (or pepper jack)

- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced (optional)
